He would like to sell you a van. You can tell he’s trustworthy because he’s smiling and giving a thumbs-up.

I’m hoping he was just being lazy and had these pictures from when he first bought it...but this is Craigslist so weirdness is expected

That’s quite the conversation piece.
And is he giving the thumbs up because it’s good, or because he uses it to pick up hitchhikers?

Reminds me of an ad for a WRX that was posted here a year or two ago, where one of the photos randomly included the seller’s face.

I think the real issue is that he’s wearing a Mossimo (Target brand) sweater. I’ve seen that logo sometimes and I’m 95% sure it’s Target. He could find Polo in good shape from a consignment shop for cheaper.

Yes it is, I had one of their golf shirts ca. the mid 2000s.

Thank you for confirming. It’s like C9 (Target) being on their apparel; it’s like you’re basically showing off that you bought something at Target.

Well, it is an upgrade from George by Walmart. Though they don’t make their logos visible.

Ah, yes, I remember those days. My mom actually got me some fun George dress socks with orange and blue stripes a couple years ago; that’s probably my most recent George item. Back in the day, I flexed Walmart and Target because my mom thought name brands were too expensive, while other kids wore Nike and stuff. I mean, I’m going to college without any loans, so that was definitely a smart decision on mom’s end.
As for logos, it’s just funny store brands have logos for their shirts, as it’s basically calling out that you’re wearing a Target brand shirt or whatever. Saddlebred doesn’t have a logo, Club Room doesn’t have a logo, etc.
